Its a dreary afternoon here in Seattle, the sky is grey and it is raining. After a winter of sunny days I am not complaining.
We do have flowers though and I thought I would share them instead of knitting progress photos that I haven't taken yet.
One thing that I really have enjoyed with the Canon Rebel that I bought last spring is the ability to do close ups. At least flowers are not too wiggly, which is an added bonus in my opinion.
We got back late from the afternoon's activities, a lot of which involved sitting and waiting for kid stuff. So I got a lot done on my new sweater. Progress pictures tomorrow.
I am jealous that you have those beautiful flowers! Here in the East we still await the re-birth of spring bulbs. Thanks for the preview!
Posted by: Karen at April 3, 2005 05:34 PMWhat beautiful pictures! I just ordered a Canon G6 and am hoping to get some good close ups with it. I am up here on Whidbey Island and it is also rainy and dreary. But I guess we really can't complain after the lousy weather the east is getting.
