Weebug Knits

No pictures of spindling today, I am briefly coming up for air from work and oh so much fun with my new spindle. I have been snatching up random bits of fiber to spin, just to see what it would look like. I even contemplated combing out Keely cat for her fur donation, but decided that I rather like my skin intact.

You are all amazing people. Thank you so much for your kind words of commiseration about our remodelling mess. The project is still way over budget. We will be rethinking a lot of the parameters. We may decide to throw the money into re-doing the kitchen and bathroom, slapping some paint here and there and selling. Who knows. It isn't helping any that the economy totally sucks right now and because of all the kid schlepping I have been doing, I might as well just be pouring my paycheck down the gas tank.

Sigh. I want to go find a cozy little hole and spin. Unfortunately, I have to work instead.
