silent poetry reading
I am a bit late in posting this, Sorry.

Green leaves pushing through the winter's earth
Give hope that spring begins it's birth
The early flower against winter breeze
White petals unfurl defying the chill.
Bravely standing lone amid the winter grass
While battered by the stormy weather
Reminds that winter too will pass.
