Day 59
I found out while folding laundry that Elmer's cat fur felts. Really. There were several little flat fuzzed up fur discs in my duvet cover. I had washed it inside out, and all Elmer's fur trapped in there clumped up and felted together. I spun about a yard of his fur into a 2-ply yarn back on Lexa's birthday party. My sister was amazed. It was sort of hard because the staple length wasn't very long, but easier than I expected since his fur sticks together so well. One of the kids took off with my little bit of cat yarn, so when I find it I will post a photo of it.
