Lobster Claws
I made some Lobster Mitts! The large size used most of the skein supplied in the kit, but with enough leftovers (and then some) to make a crocheted string to attach the two mitts. They were really fast - I finished the pair in a day.
These are probably going to be for Lexa. The wool is hand wash only, and my SIL will doubtfully be willing to hand wash wool garments for 6 kids. So I bought some superwash from Knitpicks and will be knitting their Christmas gifts out of nothing but superwas wool, lol. Crazy me has decided to try to knit (almost) all the Christmas gifts this year.
I've had these finished since the weekend, but haven't managed to get a photo taken of them. My sinus infection is coming back. I am feeling poopy again. *sigh* My body can't seem to just mellow out and heal itself sufficiently. I need to drink more green tea. It may just be all in my head, but I swear it helps.
