Sock Marathon FO#2

021907.jpg

I started these at the Seatac airport on my way to in Denver on January 19th. They are Jaywalkers done in Lisa Souza's Lime & Violet colorway. I finished the first one, tried it on and realized I had overcompensated for my small feet a bit too much. They were too tight, but fit my mom just perfectly. So I finished them in a length just smaller than my feet since she wears a 5.5 and I wear a 6.5. She loves them. *sigh* I really wanted these socks.

I didn't get a good picture of them before I mailed them off to Mom, so you get what you get here. I was being tortured by streptococcus. I still feel like doodoo, even though the last of my antibiotics was last Friday. I have a call in to my doc to see if she needs to see me again or not.

So with FO #2 done, I am just over a half a mile of sock yarn knit. I started on a scarf with some Cherry Tree Hill sock yarn, but that will have to be posted tomorrow. I also have to post pics of Lexa's 4th birthday celebration we had today.
