A Dozen Days - My Version
"The pictures should express the meaning of the month to you."
All of these photos will be about things that are in the forefront of my life this month. I doubt any of it will be deep and philosophical. I am expecting these dozen photos to just capture moments of my life as they happen. As I move around doing my daily things - driving kids around, shopping, knitting or working - I try to pay attention to my surroundings. I like to notice little things like how the two mini-manhole covers on S 7th Street ended up looking like a figure-8 after the utility workers painted around them with tar. I like to look at the trees that have lost all their leaves for the winter, because now you can see all the bird's nests. I like little things like that. Maybe I will get some good photos of some of these mundane but eye-catching bits of my life
