Okay. I just got an email that said that they are unable to fill the position that I applied for at work. Now I know that the guy is having trouble selling his condo nand his wife is having trouble finding a job in OR. Does this mean he isn't leaving after all? If it does, it sucks. I had such high hopes for getting away from a couple of numbnuts individuals at work.

I haven't heard a damn thing about the job at Valley Medical. I am wondering if they even got my applications at all.

Should I even bother anymore? Maybe a job switch isn't meant to be right now. I don't know.

On the bright side, I finished the hat and blocked it. It came out a little large, so I tried to felt it a bit. It didn't do a damn thing in the wash. The label didn't say a thing about being superwash. This week is just not going as it should for me. Maybe I should run it through a few more times. I felted some little dodad thing I knit with this same yarn and it didn't felt well at a looser gauge - though it did felt some. Maybe it will just take a while. Maybe I should just give it to my sister. I think it should fit her big head.
