It's June!

These email lists are pretty funny. Knitlist, Knitted-Lace, KBTH, fibertraditions, Knit Flame - and now the new list due to a flame war - Traditional Knitting.

Snarky.

If I want snarky, I will go hang out in my office when the whole team is there. Novelty fluff scarves, felted bags, copyright issues (or "copywrite" or "copy right" or "copy write" depending on who is posting). "you can just kiss my ass and dont let the door hit you on the way out if you don't like our opinions" and all that stuff. You name the topic, they will find someone to chew up and spit out.

Knitflame just cracks me up. It is entertainment. I don't take any of it or any of the posters seriously. They rip people and their lame posts from other lists to shreds. Then by doing that, they end up looking like asses themselves. It is really weird. It is like Jerry-Spinger-for-knitters. I don't read much, but it is a good antidote for boredom and being around too many nice people.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing. Quite often, people's freely spoken words are what convince me to steer clear of them.

It is much easier to be critical that to be correct.

There are few things more frightening than an angry person with knitting needles. You are quite wise.

I like your site.

I'm new to blogging, and your next-door neighbor on the lace knitting ring.

Eh I only read KF when I am feeling bitchy. I don't even need to post anymore. All those victems of wayward hormones are enough for me to get my foul mood out. Kinda like a train wreck I guess. The blood. The gore. The horror. My life is just fine after all ;^}
