Ho Hum
Life bites sometimes. Okay, so it doesn't bite, but I could really go for some easy time. I went in to work yesterday. The babysitter didn't call in sick, but her sister called in for her and then volunteered to show up in her place. I had a couple of important meetings to go to. Thankfully those went well.
I am almost done knitting the second bootie that was intended for Lexa. They fit Kassie perfectly. I was trying to size up the April booties from And A Time to Knit Stockings and I sized up a bit too far. I also decided to work the ribbing circularly cause I like it that way. I did the largest size in gray DK Regia on size 3 needles. Gauge? That is only for people who pay attention.
